The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the Exam City Intimation link for the UGC NET December 2024 examination. The exam is scheduled to be conducted from 3rd to 16th January 2025. Candidates who applied for the UGC NET can now check their exam city details on the official website.
Candidates must have a Post Graduate degree with at least 55% marks (50% for reserved categories) from a recognized university. Alternatively, a 4-year bachelor's degree with 75% marks is also eligible.
The exam consists of two papers:

The online application started on 19th November 2024.
The last date to apply online was 10th December 2024 (revised to 11th December).
For JRF candidates, maximum age is 31 years. For NET candidates, there is no age limit. Age relaxation applies as per rules.
Candidates who have completed Post Graduation with at least 55% marks (50% for reserved) from a recognized university are eligible. Also, candidates with a 4-year Bachelor's degree with 75% marks can apply.
