For 10+2 Candidates: Unmarried; born between 2 July 2005 and 2 July 2009. At enrolment, age should not exceed 21 years.
For Diploma/B.Sc in Pharmacy Candidates: Unmarried candidates born between 2 July 2002 and 2 July 2007; Married candidates born between 2 July 2002 and 2 July 2005. At enrolment, age should not exceed 24 years.
Medical Assistant Trade (10+2): Passed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, English with minimum 50% marks overall and 50% in English. OR 2-year vocational course with same subjects and marks.
Medical Assistant Trade (Diploma/B.Sc Pharmacy): 10+2 with 50% marks and a Diploma or B.Sc in Pharmacy with 50% marks. Must have valid registration with State Pharmacy Council or PCI.
The admit card has been released on 09 January 2026.
Candidates need their Registration Number, Date of Birth, and the security captcha code to log in.
The admit card contains the candidate's name, roll number, exam center, date, and time, along with important instructions.
Qualified candidates will be called for the Physical Fitness Test (PFT), Medical Examination, and Document Verification.
