Haryana High Court, Chandigarh (Haryana), has released the Skill Test Admit Card on its official website for the Recruitment of Stenographer Exam 2025. The skill test will be conducted on 22 February 2026, and the last date to submit the application form was 05 May 2025. Candidates can check their Skill Test Admit Card using their Enrollment Number, Registration Number, or Date of Birth by logging into the portal.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in any stream, basic computer knowledge, and stenography skills with English dictation at 80 words per minute and transcription at 20 words per minute.

How to Download Skill Test Admit Card

1. Visit the official website of the High Court of Punjab & Haryana.
2. On the homepage, go to the Recruitment / Careers / Admit Card section.
3. Look for the notification that says 'Stenographer Skill Test Admit Card 2026'.
4. Click on the link for the Stenographer Skill Test Admit Card.
5. Enter your Registration Number / Roll Number.
6. Enter your Date of Birth or Password (as required).
7. Fill in the security captcha if displayed.
8. Click the Submit / Login button.
9. Your Skill Test Admit Card will appear on the screen.
10. Download and save the admit card PDF to your device.
11. Print out a clear copy to carry to the examination centre.
