Bihar Vidhan Parishad PA, Stenographer, DEO, LDC Recruitment 2026

Bihar Vidhan Parishad (BVP), Government of Bihar, has released the Phase-II Admit Card for the recruitment of Personal Assistant, DEO, LDC, and Stenographer Posts. The Phase-II Exam is scheduled for 02 May 2026. Candidates can download their admit card from the official website using their Enrollment Number, Registration Number, or Date of Birth.

All Candidates: Rs. 100/- (Payment via Debit Card, Credit Card, Internet Banking, IMPS, Cash Card/Mobile Wallet)

Age Limit (as on 01 August 2025)

• Minimum Age: 18 Years (DEO/LDC), 21 Years (Steno/PA)
• Maximum Age: 37 Years (General/EWS Male), 40 Years (General/EWS Female), 40 Years (BC/EBC Male & Female), 42 Years (SC/ST Male & Female)

Vacancy Details

Eligibility Criteria

• Personal Assistant (PA): Graduate with Hindi Stenography speed of 100 w.p.m. and Hindi/English typing speed of 30 w.p.m. Computer certificate desirable.
• Data Entry Operator (DEO): Intermediate (10+2) with typing speed of 8000 key-depressions per hour. Computer certificate like ADCA or 'O' Level desirable.
• Lower Division Clerk (LDC): Intermediate (10+2) with Hindi/English typing speed of 30 w.p.m. Computer certificate desirable.
• Stenographer: Graduate with Hindi Stenography speed of 80 w.p.m. and Hindi/English typing speed of 30 w.p.m. Computer certificate desirable.

How to Download Admit Card

1. Visit the official website of Bihar Vidhan Parishad: https://vidhanparishad.bihar.gov.in/
2. Go to the 'Recruitment / Admit Card' section.
3. Click on 'PA & Stenographer Phase-II Admit Card 2026'.
4. Enter your Registration Number/Roll Number and Date of Birth/Password.
5. Submit and download the admit card. Take a printout for the exam.
